Minehead Rally 2008

Thankyou so much for all of you that
came along to our Big Bike Ride Day on Sunday (29th June). It was
really good to see you again. I realise we are not your chosen annual
charity and much appreciate the time you gave in coming along on the day to give the day 'a little
bit of umph!'. Thanks also to Geoff for lending us the spare
helmets. I know most people that came along
specifically for pillion rides were delighted and am sure the
experience of hurtling along the seafront on the back of a Harley
will last them a lifetime. Their faces when they returned from their
ride were an absolute delight to see. I can't at the moment confirm the exact
amount that was raised on the day but it was around £400. Together
with monies raised by people cylcling along the route and raising
sponsorship I am confident the whole event will raise £2000. Thank you once again for giving your
time (and back seats!) on the day, you've made a real difference to
